1. The apartment owner gets in touch with the Home Care Division and
   fills in the details.
2. Home Care co-ordinates with the flat owner and prospective buyers.
3. An application form is to be filled in by the owner and the
   prospective buyer.
4. The apartment will be shown to the buyer and negotiating begins.
5. On finalization of the deal, Home Care executes an agreement
   between the buyer and the seller.
6. Home Care assists in the registration process with the help of the
   legal dept.

NOTE:

1. 1% of the cost of sale is payable by the seller and buyer each for the Services rendered.
2. All expenses including the out of pocket expenses are to be borne by the buyer.
